The developer states it is being launched in Southern California, and a specific segment of Colorado as well. I am in Southern California, created a profile and I am prompted to share the app with friends, even though it isn’t launched my area?! I am based in Orange County and acknowledge that I go into LA county regularly. Still doesn’t matter. I wish that the developer would’ve been more honest upfront about being a new app that hasn’t been launched. Once they get up and running their algorithms and intention will be gold. Until then I will remain confused as to why my profile is not active in southern California during their lunch phase. Thought you should know details upfront.

A safe zone for progressives

Being able to self-rate one’s stance immigration, climate and universal healthcare, etc. as well as those of other users is what makes this app stand out above other dating apps when it comes to finding and matching with someone where such compatibility is important. The app keeps getting better as grows and expands to include more locations, but in doing so it also has its share of fake accounts. The developer is well aware of this and is actively trying to weed them out. The developer is also very responsive when it comes to issues that arise and you need support and seems very invested and passionate about this project. Progressives out there who’ve had enough of those other apps should definitely download this one!

Fake Profiles and Bad Filters

I understand this is a new app, but given the claim of using AI and intuitive matching algorithms, I am disappointed. I have encountered countless spam/scam accounts, where you can clearly see the pictures are of online models, and the answers are vaguely related to the question or poorly written. Perhaps 75% of all my swipes. I also understand not many Colorado users may exist here…however, with preferences set to 90 miles, I am mostly encountering New York City or Miami, Florida. My age setting ends at 37, but I’m being given 48-year-olds. Sure, nothing technically wrong…but why not a hard filter? As a tech engineer, I feel awfully suspicious of this app’s purpose. I am especially surprised the fake profiles exist. Even Tinder isn’t this bad with it.
