Robust Rowing App

I've had my StrongGo for just about a month now. Installing the app and connecting my iPad and heart rate strap to the rower was a breeze! Aviron does offer free use of the app, but I opted for a membership allowing me the ability to add family members. Once set up, switching profiles is as easy as a tap of our picture.I couldn't be more impressed with the multitude of workout options within the app! Everything from fun, engaging games to guided workouts to relaxing, scenic rows! There are several options to teach you proper rowing technique, which will ensure you get the most benefit safely out of each session. It’s like having a live coach in your house!! The games can be played solo or with other members in real-time! My son is seven, and he LOVES to play the game taking down pirates! We often have to come to an agreement on who gets to use the rower first!The app also offers many rowing workout series programs that make sure I’ve mastered each workout before moving on to the next one in the series. My progress is saved for every session I do, and I love that I can go back to look at my stats to see how much I’ve improved. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and more impressed with the Aviron rowing app!

Great workout for non athletes

I’ve had my Aviron Strong rower for about 3 months and I love using it! I have the natural athletic ability of a sloth and loathe working out/sweating with the fire of a thousand suns. That being said- you give me a game where pirates are trying to steal me booty- and I’ll row HAM and happily sweat. The coached series for beginners is clutch to make sure to start with good form and not hurt yourself- shout out to Austin/Training Tall for doing a great job! Once you get the basics nailed down- there are so many different types of games/coached workouts for whatever you want- lazy scenic row vs HIIT vs old school pong to pirates 🏴‍☠️HIGHLY recommend Aviron rowers (I pondered on the buy for over a year before I finally did it), and the community support is AHMAZING 😊

Durability

Still rowing
I’ve had an Aviron for over 3 years now and the quality and durability of this machine is amazing!! It’s still in just as good shape as it was when it was new. And yes it has millions of meters on it now. I have transported it to different homes in different states and it’s still going strong with zero issues. The minor issues I have experienced have been fixed by the support team right away and the motivation and support from the Facebook group is something that can’t be beat!!!

I did a lot of research on rowers and decided on the Aviron StrongGO based on the design, quality and performance plus the gamification! I love the dashboard, coaching, games, and more.
