Ins apps are never right. The website is so much better that it’s not helpful to download this app. If you have more than one family member with many claims in a year then you would want to search for claims BY THE FAMILY MEMBER NAME and not have to fish through claims. Stop and think about this….two people over the age of 65 might actually go to the same dr practice….so five claims from the same provider requires digging into the EOB to see date of service etc to see who’s it is. Just give us back the “sort by patient” and stop trying to be secretive about peoples health when we already have the right to see the info…nothing hidden between me and my family members . This is very annoying and thus I am giving you two stars for your “new and improved” app.

This app is barely helpful at all. And why is there only 3 or 4 rep?
