I couldn’t get the temperature measuring screen to appear no matter what I did or how many times I binded and unbinded the probe from the app. Because I am determined to review the probe, I decided to try the Google Play store app.Surprisingly, the Play store AIBBQ Life app looks exactly the same, and after binding the probe to the app, the temperature screen appeared and was displaying accurate temperature.Since this rating and review is for the IOS App Store version of the app, it gets a one-star rating for not working.

This app does not even work. It says it binds the probe but after that can’t click on the probe or even get into the app. I’ve tried multiple probes. What a waste of money and don’t get these probes even though they get good reviews which I suspect are made up. Suspect this is a scam. And there is no product support or anything on the website. Can’t even find the app from the website. So frustrating.

I got a new phone and iPhone 16, all software is updated including iOS. On the 16 the app does not display the graphic after binding to see the temperature or even set the temperature also in the settings the unit options visible. Thank goodness I still had my old phone and turned on the iPhone 14 and the app worked. So, current iOS App update for iPhone 16 is grossly overdue.

Used one probe months ago and app worked properly. Late November pulled probe out and it would bind, but not get to operation screen, thought probe damaged. Order another and same result, will bind, but progress no further. Tried another iPhone thinking possible settings issue, but same results.
