more I’ve been using this app for about a year or two now and I really like it but my major grip is with the age estimate. For context I’m in my 30s and it says I have the equivalent fitness age of a 58-year-old man even though my other metrics put me in the top 10% of my age group due to my weightlifting background. I don’t really like apples VO2 max algorithm and I’ve noticed this app has its own VO2 max algorithm. Apple puts me at 30.2 which is awful, but this app puts me at 50+. It’s just the contradictions don’t really make sense and it rubs me the wrong way when it berates me for being 'out of shape'.

This is the app I’ve been needing. I have an Apple Watch, but had been considering getting a wearable through Visible to help with pacing. Now, I don’t need to do that. Body Insight has all the information I need to make sure I’m pacing myself properly to avoid a flare. Super affordable subscription too!The only thing missing that I wish it did… show insights from my glucose testing. I don’t have a CGM, but stick test frequently.
