REFERRALS: SEND AND TRACK IN A FEW TAPS
• Start a referral, add the patient, the reason and any documents, then pick a specialty and a specialist. You can also send to fax-only recipients.
• Save a draft for a coordinator to finish, or send it yourself.
• Follow every referral from Sent to Accepted, Scheduled and Completed, on both the sending and the receiving side.
• Accept or decline incoming referrals, record the outcome, and keep private notes and referral-specific messages on each one.
