The app is designed to help all shapes, sizes, and training experience levels become LEAN. Enjoy an abundance of easy-to-follow macronutrient recipes to keep your nutrition in check on your way to becoming a better, more fit you. You will be provided with several daily workouts and macro-friendly foods to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes along with other free digital material as part of the monthly digital La Familia

Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness levels and no longer than 1 hour.
The app includes fun, effective, & challenging workouts, tools to help you stay on track & a La Familia community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness and health first.
We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in the Workouts Menu under Account.
