Will not let me register a new account
I type my email correctly, and then my password and then confirm the password with all letters and numbers like it asks when I clearly have double the amount of what it asks and also just to be sure it’s not my mistake I turn off the hide my password option to check and there is nothing out of place.
THE APP IS USELESS UNLESS THIS IS FIXED.

Terrible app and company
Absolutely terrible experience. App is horrible, everything about it. Password process, billing, communication, everything. I check daily for my bill (which was astronomical), it always says 0. Then, I get a $550 dollar bill for 1 month with a late fee and a threat to go to collections. I am leaving this horrid company and app! Absolutely terrible experience
login failed
just like other reviews, the app will not let me login using my CORRECT credentials. THE DEVELOPER HAS NOT UPDATED THE EXPERIENCE. no option to change password. so now i guess i just have to accept my bill with no oversight. Pay for a competent app developer and/or think about how to actually keep your customers. BC i’m gone if this isn’t fixed…. soon!
