Ratings and Reviews
Great assistant! Just needs a bit more…
I have used the GM’s Toolkit app for a long time to help me with D&D, and I’m glad I got a D&D Character app that doesn’t limit me based on what books I have or what’s available on the app. One thing that this app needs though is the ability to access things that will help your character, like a section for combat, a section for your basic stats, a section for your abilities, and for spellcasters, a section for their spells. Even without all of this stuff, it’s a good app, but if it had this stuff, it’d be just that much better. Keep up the good work, and I can’t wait to see more from this app!
Good
It’s good, and has a lot of questions that help develop backstory, and has small games you can do, but you do have to pay if you want more than 3 of your characters.
Tricked
I personally fill as though I have been tricked. No where was there a mentioned that there would be some sort of limit that I could have in the free version. I know that I shouldn't really be surprised by this stunt but I also can say that it should have been clear that you can only have three before being required to upgrade to there premium in the first place. I was looking for something to replace D&D Beyond because I can't really afford to keep up with any subscriptions. So I am honestly upset that this happen! Especially when I am trying to use this for NPC's that I can use for a game instead of just player characters.
