This app is a perfect addition to anyone’s word puzzle collection. I alternate between this and a quordle app. My only possible request would be for the app to saw “awesome” or “genius” if you get a word that clears most of the letters or something like that that indicates a level of proficiency. It is hard to gauge performance since the boxes don’t have a difficulty rating or anything like that so a small little encouragement based on performance would be nice. That is honestly and completely my only possible suggestion!

After playing NYtimes Letterboxed for a bit, I wanted to try practicing and getting better at solving with less required words. Discovering this app, I came in with the expectation of a similar experience but with infinite games. Maybe I’m a stickler, but this was not the same experience. The UI and how the game played out, I had no complaints, but the one key issue was the inability to solve the majority of the randomly generated puzzles in 2 words, which disincentivized why I came in the first place. For those in a similar predicament, I do not recommend the game in its current state as you’ll be scratching your head for a couple of minutes only to check a website to see that it wasn’t possible in the first place. For those who just want to simply play the game and could care less about this caveat, this game will suffice those needs, and I do recommend. If this game was not consistent with NYtimes, it would be a little disappointing, but nothing too game breaking.

I really like word puzzle games, and this one is no exception. I like the challenge of trying bigger more complex words. Only have 2 suggestions: 1. THE ANSWERS! What the heck is the answer!? I can only get it to 3 words.2. Give some sort of point system, just to give some small reward. I like to see how many puzzles I do and have some small sense of achievement.

I loved the NYT version, but found it frustrating so I wanted to find an app I could play an unlimited amount of times for the practice. This one is perfect and I love how relaxing yet challenging it is. The only recommendation I have, is I just wish there was a way to see the solution to each puzzle. Each puzzle is supposed to be solvable in 2 words, so when if I finish a level in more than two words, I would like to see the solution… I just want the satisfaction of at least knowing what I got wrong/missed!
