Mooch is a virtual inventory you create with your friends to share stuff you are willing to let each other borrow. Whether it's tools, clothes, books, baby stuff, or anything else, you simply take pictures of things you want to share or use the bar-code scanner to add items to your inventory. Then you simply click on "mooch it" when you want to borrow an item. Mooch will keep track of who borrows items, and also keeps a record when they are marked returned so you are less likely to lose stuff people borrow.

Sharing with friends and neighbors creates goodwill and gives us opportunities to not only help each other, but get to know others around us better. If you drive past all people in your neighborhood to go to the store you miss an opportunity to see them when an item is shared and when it is returned.

This app has been a lifesaver for me! Instead of buying things I only need occasionally, I can borrow them from friends who already have them. The best part is, I never lose track of who borrowed what, thanks to the easy-to-use tracking feature. It's saved me so much money and helped me declutter my space. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for a way to borrow things instead of just buying more items I will only use a handful of times. Good App. I wish there was a better layout for finding other users. Overall very helpful!

I can borrow tools from my friends instead of buy those that I may only use once a while.
Fixes a crash some people hit while creating an account, and a crash when backing out of Messages. Cancelling a friend request now works even when the other person has deleted their account. Searching a full name in the directory now finds them — before, only one word at a time worked.
