So basically I have been using this app for a bit for my company and basically it’s cheaper super things that could be update and one of the things that I think there should be enough they should be the fact that we can add Photos in from our own phone because sometimes you forget the reports you write a report with a photo and then you have to take a photo live so I gotta go back-and-forth between the companies like wherever we at I gotta take a photo of some sometimes you forget to take a photo and then also another thing I would add is that it should be able to touch the button and then it will ask you double check before you submit once you push the submit button I should come up tell you hey are you sure you wanna submit just to be safe because because it will automatically submit the report that’s basically what I’m another thing and that fricking button that does like the freaking alarm should actually go off to a supervisor or to somebody on duty for the company that uses the freaking app so please thank you I like this apple a lot. I used it for work a lot. There’s a lot of other things that can come and stop updating like we have scanned points around the store and our location. that’ll be nice if y’all can keep the cam points active without having to keep updating them every time y’all

The app is always malfunctioning. It doesn’t save reports when you try to go back to notes to get all the proper information for incident reports you can only take Live Photos which isn’t always able to be done so u have to have another device with camera and able to take pics so u can take them off that phone for report the app tracks your location 24/7 I don’t feel comfortable with that it should only track while I’m using the app and clocked in on shift Thas a invasion of privacy any other time. Let’s not forget all the times where the app just logs me out and doesn’t let me log back in for 20-30 mins and then the app will say you have a scheduled shift at a random time that you are not scheduled to do and also I was on the sidewalk outside right next to my property and the app wouldn’t let me submit a tour report saying I was out of bounds of the site signal needs to really have a huge update on the app and take into consideration if an officer is in the sidewalk right next to the site why is app saying we are out of bounds when we could be helping someone right on exterior of our property signals needs to do better and really fix all malfunctions and app shouldn’t be tracking location at all times it should only be while on site and clocked in!!

I’m sick of having to redo everything after your sorry excuse for an update made us have to wait 5 minutes for any of the buttons to work and for it to just wipe our report progress, if you don’t fix it by next week everytime it happens I’m just gonna be submitting black pictures because I’m not going back over and over again because you wanna use chatgpt to make a commercial app and “Efficient Operation Management” is a great joke
Panic button should be revamped

Hello, I am one of the guards up in the new ShipBob and I think the panic button should be revamped to include sound when you press it and a yes or no screen cause when you press it accidentally it makes no sound and counts down from 10 first of all the cancel button is to small and it says notify now so what’s the point of the timer please make it like this please put it when you accidentally press it is shows a screen of yes or no and you actually have to click yes and confirm cause I’ve had to many instances where it goes off randomly and makes no sound and it rings the sup. Please fix this.
