Earn rewards and great price for Biryani

Bawarchi biryani always provides one of the best biryani in DFW. The app is responsive and doesn’t hang. The payment was smooth. But I didn’t get any confirmation email receipt after placing order - only received text message. The reward system is also good which encourages customer to spend more. There should be some offer or coupon been provided occasionally to the app customers. There are multiple Bawarchi Biryani apps available in App Store - not sure which one is genuine.

Can’t add in-store purchase rewards

When I go directly to the Bawarchi in Plano and buy directly from the counter, none of the numbers on the receipt that look like an order ID # work when trying to redeem the points through this app. This app asks for the location, date, and order ID, and the format for the order ID is # (XXXX) (XXX). But no matter which number from the receipt I type in nor which format I try, it doesn’t work. I was told to just give them my phone number and that adds points to the Clover app, but Clover doesn’t seem to link to this Bawarchi app. I really love the food here and would just like to know the best way to claim the points I get when I purchase in store. Thank you.

Great app with more potential

Will be a 5 star if you add realtime tracking or atleast an update that the food is ready for pickup. I’ve had to wait between 10 to 20 minutes after the time mentioned on the app for my pickups that diminishes the experience.
