to:dr If you have private health insurance and you use it then you need this app.I was fortunate enough to be an early beta user and as a product manager I can tell you the team at Granted is doing their jobs with this. My user experience has only improved. And the value I’ve got from this app and service can be calculated in real dollars. What’s harder to calculate is the stress relief from wondering if my families medical bills are accurate and if they appropriately line up with my coverage and explanation of benefits. Anyone inside medical billing will tell you it’s rampant with errors. But far too many of us just take that bill at face value even if it means financial hardship. DON’T.There’s no cost to use this. Literally the worst case scenario is you still have to pay what your bill said.

It’s really nice to have professionals that know how to navigate insurance. It’s always been confusing for me. I’ve had a lot of random issues with using my out of network doctor and Granted will go to bat for me. In the past I would call and email Aetna with no real resolution but Granted is able to make progress on these claims. Anyways, pricing is fair and I’m grateful to have found them.

I am a real human and was 100% skeptical about trying this app when I saw an ad on Instagram but I had a $749 Natera bill that would have been really unfortunate for me to have to pay in full so I figured it was worth a shot. They got my bill reduced to $99!!!!! still don’t even believe this is real life and I will be using Granted health for all future medical bills!

The communication with my bill negotiator was good. However, the doctor’s office kept giving her the run-around and not returning her calls. When I asked her what could be done, she didn’t seem to have any other recourse than to keep waiting. This was putting my account into arrears and after weeks of waiting, I finally had to close out the case. I have used another app and had a great outcome. I was trying this app to see if it was any better, and sadly it was not.
