I cannot understand why BCBS makes this so difficult for users overseas. This is so much easier through the web portal, however that is broken so I’m stuck trying to navigate this. For others, even if you already have access to web portal you need to sign up for this service separately. It does not work for pharmacy claims. And then it has you download a claim form, fill it out, and take a picture of it. They had just improved this online by having you fill in information into a form and no longer necessitating scanning and uploading. Why are we back to this?

Setting up this account was troublesome to say the least. But once setup, it is a breeze. I actually questioned how simple it was, compared to the nightmare of medical claims in the USA. The simplicity makes it look amateurish, but make no mistake, it works well. The only operational issue is that the server seems to go down in the early morning hours (maintenance?), which is annoying when you are still overseas. Overall: Operationally better than the domestic version despite the simplicity of design.

The password creation page says you need have at least 10 characters, a capital letter, a lowercase letter, number and a special character. I’ve tried creating over a dozen passwords. I’ve incorporated all these rules. Each time I get an error that just repeats these rules, so I have no idea which hidden mystery rule I’m missing. So I can’t send in my claim at all. This is a horribly designed app. BCBS has enough money to create a minimally functional app. Let’s try a bit harder

I am traveling trying to use my phone to file a claim. The fep blue app sends me to a new app to file a claim. I fill out all the information and finish the registration but then are unable to enter the app because my user name and password are wrong. I click forgot password then it tells me my personal information is wrong. I agree with the previous review. Why make this so difficult!
