Episode transcripts, for everyone - Any downloaded episode can be transcribed on device — the audio never leaves your phone. Bug fixes - New episodes now download through a queue that survives backgrounding, dropped connections and force-quits. An interrupted transfer resumes instead of silently stalling, and a partly-downloaded episode is never mistaken for a complete one. - "Play Next Episode Automatically" now continues into Next Up when a playlist runs out or a one-off episode ends, instead of stopping. - Playback position and playlists sync across your devices reliably again. - Playback's heaviest work moved off the main thread — fewer hitches when scrubbing, switching episodes and scrolling long lists. - A clear offline indicator replaces the download button when you have no connection - Podcasts with no artwork show a placeholder instead of a blank row - Light mode now uses the iOS system background colour
