Get notified when a specific friend posts (opt-in per friend, from their profile)
Push notifications now work per-device, so signing in on multiple devices behaves correctly
Hidden and blocked posts no longer showed up in the feed anyway
Deleted posts now disappear from the feed instead of lingering

Fixed: some feed previews would freeze and stop updating with new comments
