I actually find the app easy to use and with a lot of editing options to truly create customizable labels. There’s decals, lines, upload photos, and the text you can adjust the line height and letter spacing. Position things against the label, that’s just some of the editing capabilities. I really like how easy it is to use, but so far they thought of every use-case and put the feature in the app including saving and auto saving records of prints for easy reprint. I just wish there’s more templates

Stopped Working

Used it for about 30 labels and then it stopped working. I keep getting “network error” message and it’s definitely not my network since my internet and every other app is working. From the previous reviews, it doesn’t look like they update the app often since this was an issue a couple months ago for someone else.

Printing Multiple Copies

The machine would only print one at a time. Even if I put in a number for multiple copies…still 1. Ended up taking way longer than anticipated. To save time, I put the labels in my regular printer to print bulk. The app also would say error quite often when there wasn’t really an error. Overall, not impressed with this app. I am going to return my thermal printer for a different one that uses another app.
