App didn’t work correctly , crashed twice while downloading , told we “needed” the app for tickets. finally got it to work , got to the dome, turns out we didn’t even need the tickets at all…. “What?” - got given a wrist band after providing phone number - got to the line after waiting for mass confusion of all the people ahead of us - got to the front after 15 minutes and waited for the attendant to scroll through his IPad only to determine he couldn’t find me .. after 5 minutes I’m finally let in .. then we try to enter the (empty) fan shop for merch … and guess what , they “can’t find me” again … gave up on merch but my son got in (store still empty with huge line forming outside) my son “links his credit card to his account” but when we get to the snack vendor stand (also empty with huge lines forming outside)… guess what ? Yup, they can’t figure out who we are … and once they do - we both have no credit card associated with our wristband …. And we struggle with the attendants who were trying to help , but clearly overwhelmed… 45 minutes later we get to our seats …. Worst. System. Ever. Should be embarrassed to role it out - plus, I probably would have spent $200 more with a normal experience … there was no way I was getting up to buy anything more with the chaos.

This is genuinely the worst piece of software I’ve ever been forced to use to enter a building. It flat out does not work or open about 50% of the time. Transferring tickets was a nightmare and didn’t work. I don’t know why I need Face ID to enter a concert venue. And not setting up the stupid Face ID isn’t even a viable option, as every staff member recommends it and it’s pretty much impossible to buy food or drinks without it either. Speaking of, you can’t just use Apple Pay or card at the register, you have to connect Apple Pay or your card to your intuit dome account. The Face ID didnt work for my friend in a wheelchair because the cameras were positioned too high to see her, which also caused headaches. Staff also seemed confused on how to handle that situation, where ADA seating was, and where the elevators were to accommodate her. This is Silicon Valley’s idea of tech progress and an actual tech sector worker’s nightmare surveillance state. This is basically just a huge data farming operation framed as a technological marvel, but the tech implementations are broken and overly complicate an easy experience. Avoid this venue at all costs.

I bought tickets to the fire aid concert, but it’s really stupid that each person can only have one ticket on their phone and you have to enable all these things that are unnecessary. Like, add your payment information your game Face ID and your movements THIS IS THE WORST APP ever. after I assigned a ticket to the other person who was coming it would not show up on their end. The customer service is terrible too the chat bot only gives you certain question that you can ask and when we finally found a phone number and got connected to someone to help me THEY HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION LIKE WHAT ?!??!?! why can’t this app be like ticket master where you can have multiple tickets on one device. also what if there is someone who does not have a phone can they just not go into the concert?!?!? No wonder the rating is so bad 😡:/ if I could rate this 0/5 stars I would it’s just that bad. This is not user friendly and there was no warning I would have to go through this when I bought the tickets. I designed a better app on googles free app making software:///. This app is way ahead of the game! All these negative reviews were obviously from the first couple days Intuit Dome opened. And yes, I know they had issues during the Bruno Mars concert, but greatness does not happen overnight. I think this app is amazing if you follow the steps and add all your information correctly. I’ve been to several Clippers games and have had no issues whatsoever. You literally do not need to remove your phone or wallet from your pocket! Everything was controlled by facial recognition. From entry, to concessions, and even the team store. It felt strange at first just grabbing a sweatshirt from the shelf and walking out of the store, but that’s all you have to do. Your card on file is billed later. No lines, no waiting, no missing the game. For those who had a bad experience, I highly recommend revisiting and giving it another chance. You won’t be disappointed.
