Minor issues but still a great app!

I love the offers found in the app. There are so many easy ways to earn money. The app itself is easy to navigate and use. The only issue is the layout is a bit off. The bar at the bottom makes it hard to interact with any bottoms at the bottom of the page. Sometimes you can’t see the entire screen and can’t scroll to get to it either. Minor issues. Still a great app!

Please do not use this app, especially through Respondent. I spent weeks trying to complete the objective, trying to sort out issues on the bank’s end. The researcher helped me through it all, but the moment I completed the study they ghosted me and did not pay me. I had to contact the Respondent Support team who got in contact with them, and apparently they decided to withdraw my application for unspecified reasons, even though Sharry Vinn (researcher) personally assured me I would get credit for the task. I set up a whole bank account for this, did everything they asked, and they did not follow through, even after they explicitly said they would. This whole app seems predatory and exploitative. Save yourself the headache.

But essentially I filled out a help ticket with support -and they hadn't responded in a while. I sent out another anxious email to support. Within 60 seconds, I got an email back... App was extremely simple and straightforward. Probably one of the easiest earning apps I have used. The only thing that was tricky was when I was signing up for an account for a bank account. It blocked the bottom option so it made it really hard to choose since you’re using a website on their browser.
