My job has our calendars locked down and can’t be shared or joined so I’ve struggled to remember things on 2 calendars. I love that I can just forward calendar invites and it adds them to a single calendar. I do wish I could see my whole calendar without having to go into the actual calendar app also. My ADHD brain struggles to have to go a bunch of places for things. Also, can you make the home page more of a dashboard? Calendar, lists, action items, etc? Again, as much in one place. I definitely don’t need all the ‘we can do this’ stuff on the home page.

I wanted to love this app. But the developers failed on the most basic app structure - the dashboard interface. I don’t want my productivity app to look like my yoga app. Why the clunky stock photos? What really made the app unusable as a household manager is the inability to view my monthly calendar. Ohai can’t tell you anything about your schedule at a glance, unless it’s happening in the next week. You simply have to trust that once you tell it to add an event, it will 100% be there. Spoiler alert: it isn’t always. In the less than 24 hours since I’ve been using the app, I’ve needed support twice - once when my phone calendar wouldn’t sync with Ohai, and another time when email forwarding wasn’t working. So how can I trust that things are actually being added to my calendar?The only great feature is the document and email scanning. Ohai is great at recognizing events vs tasks. But when I add events on my calendar, I can’t ever see them again. So my daughter’s theme at dance class in 2 weeks is “spirit week” but I can’t prepare ahead of time because Ohai is so secretive about my calendar. So it’ll remind me about spirit week the day before? Not helpful. Unless the developers add a calendar view of some sort, this app has barely any functionality for a busy family of 4.

Ohai has made a real difference in how we manage our hectic family life, especially with both of us working and three young kids with packed schedules. The app’s text reminders are a lifesaver—they keep us on track for everything from school pickups to swim lessons and speech therapy, so nothing slips through the cracks. We especially appreciate how easy it is to assign tasks, like asking each other to grab groceries or handle drop-offs, right through the app. Ohai sends a quick text to the right person, so there’s no confusion or last-minute scrambling. The shared calendar is helpful, but the real game-changer is those timely reminders and the ability to delegate tasks on busy days. Since using Ohai, we’re less stressed and much more organized, even when our schedules are packed. For any family juggling work, kids, and activities, Ohai is a huge help.

The feature that allows you to send a picture or email of complicated schedules to Ohai and quickly organizes those schedules onto your calendar is a legitimate game changer. I never even miss a theme day at my kid’s school now, let alone something actually important! It’s made staying organized so much easier. I have three kids and a full time job, there is a lot to keep straight and this really has been a valuable tool. Besides the incredible calendar feature, the reminders are also fantastic and so easy - because they are texts they work a lot better than phone reminders and they are easier to set. I’m excited to see what else you all can do with this product!
