Kinnwell is the staff app for senior living communities that run on Kinnwell.
Everything your team records at the desk is in their pocket on the floor:
• Community Status — occupancy, move-ins, residents on alert, today's shift notes and transport at a glance.
• Residents — each resident's profile, contacts, documents, routines and care notes.
• Notes & Incidents — log a note or an incident report from where it happened, with photos.
• CareSync — the care board for caregivers and med techs, with tablet PIN sign-in for shared devices.
• Activities & Attendance — the activity calendar with check-in, notes and photos.
• Maintenance — raise and track work orders with photos and status.
• Dining Status, Check-Ins, Move-Ins, Shift Notes and Transportation.
Kinnwell is for community staff. Accounts are created by your community's administrator; if you work at a Kinnwell community and don't have one yet, open the app and tap Request Access. Families and residents use the separate Kinnwell Family app.
Protected health information is secured with Face ID or your device passcode on every launch.
