If this is the best that port authority of New York can come up with its a shame… in order to join the queue i have to try more than an hour each time… click non stop thousand of times… do i go pick up passengers in the city or deal with this stupidity just to join the queue… when i get home instead of spending time with my family, i have to sit and click for hours at a time just to be able to join the line… sometimes i give up and just close the app because it annoys me to the point where i feel like im begging… port authority should come up with a solution for this problem… let everyone joint right away and maybe create a second queue section where we will be notified once its our time to get into the main queue… this app is supposed to make our lives easier not harder… so far its completely disappointing… please do something about it as soon as possible so we have some peace in our lives as we are going through difficult times as it is…

What is this sorry excuse of an app that is supposed to make it easier to get customers from JFK? I just spent the last 3 hours trying to get in line because when I got in before and it kicked me out without reason while my position was 1100. This is not the first time it has happened to me and it is very sad that you guys can’t fix or even update this app. How is it fair for us to sit for hours on end to get is a virtual queue that is always at “max capacity” whole others just broke the workers at CTH with no consequences? Everytime I log into this app to get into the stupid queue that never works, I record how long it takes and on average it’s 2 hours and 27 minutes. I am on the verge to file a class action multimillion doller lawsuit if this app is not fixed and improved within 4 weeks.

This app is an absolute nightmare for taxi drivers at JFK. It's supposed to streamline the process of joining the queue, but instead, it feels like a cruel game of chance. I've spent over an hour repeatedly pressing the join button, often more than 100 times, without getting in. It's frustratingly unreliable, with frequent glitches and crashes that make it nearly unusable. The concept might be good, but the execution is so poor it feels like the Port Authority isn't interested in making life easier for taxi drivers. If there was an award for the worst app, this one would take it hands down. Do better, Port Authority, this is an embarrassment to NYC's taxi industry.

If an award for stupid existed, Port Authority would win unanimously every year. The app glitches, takes forever at times to queue up, and when you finally do, the timing is almost always off. Its like Port Authority can’t find a way to control the blatant corruption of having Uber pay them for preferential treatment along with the dispatchers being bribed by taxi drivers, so to appease the drivers, they come up with this stupid app. Uber and Lyft at the end of the day, especially Uber, have found a way to throw money everywhere and own NYC. This app is stupid, do better Port Authority.
