I have been calling the bank 3or 4 times to try to get to sign myself in! I did have the same issue like all the rest of the customer service folks. Well I spoke to Jerry today and got through it after a couple times I think it was like 3 times I asked Jerry to resend another password so I could then put in May password. I finally did it . Thank you Jerry🦉👏😀 so very for all your patients and understanding!!

What was the actual purpose of the update? Where was the upgrade we were promised? Instead of making any useful changes, we got useless ones that didn’t need to be made. There’s absolutely no improvement to the app besides the look of it, which is still not worth the update. Banking should be simple and yet I have a difficult time getting anything done on this app. There’s so many bugs and glitches making it hard for me to even use the app. There’s pointless and repetitive options, like why do I need so many transaction options on the app. I grew up with technology, and for me to have a tough time with this single app is ridiculous. I might as well go to my actual bank to do any transactions. Make it simpler and easier to use please… I can’t be the only one getting frustrated by this.

Initially, when some of the new features were rolled out (like being able to link accounts of other members for reoccurring transfers) I was excited about the update for the simplicity of that itself. What I didn’t anticipate, was that basic features, as well as that feature, would disappear or intermitantly work soon after this apps launch. With the old app, I had absolutely no issue depositing checks, and now in the short time I’ve had more trouble than I ever had in the previous app, which I had used for the last 8 years w/o issue. Why did we roll out this half baked app for something so important as personal finance and banking?

I don’t understand why you would scrap an entire app that was working perfectly fine to create a new app that works significantly worse, does not give me the notifications that I need and I’m am asking for. I don’t even know if I get paid because I’m not getting a notification about it or if my balance is running low, it’s awful. it is increasingly more difficult to do anything on this app. It is really weird to navigate the only plus side that it brought is it’s connection to Zelle, which still doesn’t work with half of the people I try to use it with even though we have the same bank. I don’t write reviews about apps that’s how angry I am with the changes that have been made.
