Frustrating at best

4 stars when it works, but seems to be a 1 or less recently. I use this app to see communications from the facility and to keep up to date on activities…to help remind my Mom(with Dementia) and schedule my visits to coincide when she has “down” time. Since last few “updates”, my account kicks me out. No change on my end with device used to access-I remove the app, reinstall, reset password, still “Invalid”. Extremely frustrating and when I reach out for assistance, it seems to be a low priority, and a temporary fix. I have been asking for help this go round since June 12, fwp on June 21 and again last week. Radio silence since June 13.
