Very User Friendly!
I am not a huge tech person but this app and LifeLoop in general are very easy to use. I enjoy being able to see any new maintenance work orders come through and the ability to mark ones I have completed in real time in any part of the community. Very convenient!
Needs some work
This app is a great communication tool. However, the app itself is very laggy and buggy. Does not support a simplified log-in process (FaceID, TouchID). Users often will tap something, and there is such a bad lag that they will continuously keep tapping until the app eventually freezes up. I am using this app on the newest iPhone and it is still extremely laggy.
This is a great communication tool, but really needs some work and fine-tuning.
The website is much quicker and user friendly, and has large icons available for the user to see.
Navigating this technology as a senior citizen can be challenging as is, then throwing on the app issues/bugs on top of it makes even more challenging.
