Kontentino: plan, approve and discuss social media posts with your team and clients from your phone. Calendar, previews, approvals and comments in one place.
Kontentino is a social media management tool for teams and agencies. With the app you can plan, review and approve posts, and talk to your team and clients wherever you are.
PLAN YOUR CONTENT
• Calendar and list view – see the whole month at a glance or go through posts day by day.
• Profiles and workspaces – show posts for one or several social profiles and switch workspaces in a tap.
• Filters and search – narrow posts by status, post type, assignee, label or content plan, and search captions, labels and profile names.
• Ideas – save a post without a date as an idea and add a date when it’s ready.
• Inspirations – plan a brief for a day, once or every year, and start a post from it.
CREATE AND PUBLISH
• Create and edit posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Add photos and videos from your library and preview the post before you save it.
• Schedule a post, publish it now, or get a reminder to post to Instagram yourself.
• See each post the way it will look on its network and open images full screen.
APPROVE AND WORK TOGETHER
• Send posts for internal or client approval, approve them or request rework.
• Assign tasks to colleagues with a short description.
• Discuss every post in separate internal and client threads, with @mentions and reactions.
• Download a post’s media to your phone or share a preview link.
STAY UP TO DATE
• Get notified about comments, mentions, approvals and tasks, in the app and through push notifications.
Works on iPhone and iPad. You need a Kontentino account: sign in with your e-mail, Apple, Google or Facebook.
