How about an app update guys!

Yea I been a sleep on ring owner since the first Gen! Now I have the latest one and been having nothing but issues and I’m not satisfied at all like I was with my Gen 1!! Seems like you guys are not updating the app routinely and that’s something us customers and users rely on guys! How about updating please and get apple Health integration working again because it has not worked since I got this new ring and been using sleep on 3!! Let’s go guys! Thanks! I will give a better update on my review when it’s fixed! Have a nice day!

I have been using the finger tip device for a long while and liked it. I upgraded to the 3.0 device about a month ago. It was working fine until the new iOS update. Now I get a “network connection error “ when I try to connect to the app. They said to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I tried several times. No luck. The device is useless and a total waste of my money.UPDATE: about two weeks after the last iOS update, the app started working again. It has worked fine since and I am very pleased with it now. The only section of the app that doesn’t work is the blood glucose testing. It will do the test, but doesn’t save the results.

The Sleepon3 is my second SLEEPON device. It has not worked properly and usually stops recording halfway through the night when I wake up to use the bathroom. I have emailed several notes to customer service and never received a response. There is no phone number to speak with anyone in customer service. As far as I can tell, customer service is located in China, and is essentially unreachable. And there is no means I can find to return the device and get a refund. I will therefore buy a different device by a company located and serviced in the USA that I can reach by phone if I have a problem. And I’ll and toss my Sleepon3 away.

No HealthKit Integration

I was thoroughly enjoying reading about my sleep data in the SleepOn app. Then I went to check through another app and realized this is not syncing to HealthKit. Why is this basic functionality absent? It is a standard feature for sleep and health tracking products to work cross-functionally via HealthKit with other apps. I would have given a five star rating but without HealthKit integration this product is a one star product. This should be fixed asap in your next update.
