I love not having to drive to town to deposit checks. Making the deposit from my phone is great. I also appreciate being able to send a check to any company who don’t have online payment systems and not have to pay the postage (that I’m aware of). Can do about everything from the secure website! Thanks for having this!

This app is undependable. It lists my business and personal activity all together consecutively in a junky mess. It doesn’t open before telling me needs update and I already did update. Then it goes to the App Store area where I click open and bingo— back on the junky app. “If it ain’t broken don’t fix it — and — Better is the enemy of good.” Someone needs to put back what was working and get rid of this garbage app. Previous app was smooth, no problems ever. Able to see at a quick glance all activity for each account chosen. Used it all the time. Now this iteration is a frustrating piece of junk. Good grief! Who decides to goof up what works?

I do give my new bank -Bank of the Sierra 5 stars everything has been easy to do on my online app and when I have called the Selma Ca office for a question or have gone In the bank everyone is friendly and willing to assist best choice to switch from a credit union!.. I tried depositing a check through the app and they really screwed me over. It was denied for not having the words “For mobile deposit only” on it, so I wrote it fully expecting for it to go through the second time but was then denied again for not being able to verify the funds. Now I can’t cash the check because they made me write “for mobile deposit only” on it! I’m infuriated, if there’s two separate reasons why you won’t accept my check then tell me both upfront rather than making me fix one and not tell me the other until after I already wrote on the dang check!!!
