My employer uses Vestwell and the switch has made my investing journey simple. The interface, goal tracking features, and (again) its simplicity wins. I am sure there’s other ways to optimize your experience but for me, it’s a long term set it and forget it.

I strongly suggest that for your Stable Account portion of your investment site you strongly make sure that people with all types of disabilities can access and utilize your app and website independently. Currently it is not accessible for those who use screen reading software. Such as Jaws For Windows. Voiceover on the iPhone or any other Apple device. You should really check into the Accessibility of your site.I was not able as a person who uses screen reading software due to my disability to select when there’s a menu to select the date if I want to change my monthly contribution. I could not select a different bank account where I wanted my withdrawal to go because the way your site is set up is not accessible for someone that uses a keyboard to operate either using the website nor does it work on an iPhone using voiceover as the screen reader application software.Your financial institution has agreed to house the Stable Account. I live in Ohio. Sometimes I don’t have time to call and sit on the phone to do withdrawals exchanges or add to my contributions. That is why there is a website and an app on my phone. I should be able to access that information without any barriers due to the fact that you did not think about the customer in which you are serving. People with disabilities. I would like to seriously see some changes and some consideration for those who have chosen to invest with your financial institution.

Vestwell’s retirement app is so easy to use and intuitive. I am able to see not only what I save towards my retirement but also what I am saving to my emergency savings account. I can easily change my contributions or change the way I want to invest. I highly recommend using this!

For the past few months, every time I open the app and log in with biometrics the app will read them, start loading, then reset at the very initial screen and ask for biometrics again. This occurs consistently three times before the long loading process actually starts! On the latest iOS 17 on iPhone. Hoping the developers can address this bug. Otherwise, the app has been satisfactory for managing my Roth 401(k) plan.
