Napa Aerial Fitness, Napa Valley’s first aerial and pole fitness and dance gym for all ages. In our custom app you can watch fitness videos to strengthen and prepare you for class. You can also sign up for classes and book appointments and parties right from the app.
We have a wide variety of work out videos to help improve your flexibility, tone your core, help you with inversions and simply break down moves for a better understanding all from your home. We add new videos every week so please feel free to reach out if you have any suggestions.
