Jetbrite car wash membership is quick and easy just drive into the Jetpass lane wait a few minutes and you’re on your way.

Recently started up a membership for unlimited car washes and now I am forced to use this app. I signed up at the car wash through the attendant and it was not through the app. I’ve tried to migrate my membership to the app but it just puts up a warning stating I have to wait until my promotional period ends. I don’t have a promotional period and it won’t allow me to move past the warning to proceed. The website also is useless now because they force you to use the app. I just want to cancel and now I have to call customer service which makes it more difficult, which makes me think they do this on purpose so people just give up and not cancel.

I signed up at the carwash. They took my information and credit card number. They said it was easy to use and they would send a text/email to download the app. It has taken me days to figure out. I have called the number online and sent numerous emails and no one has contacted me back to help. So, I had to put my card in again and it charged me the full $30. When I signed up for the 2 month special of 50% off. Now have to figure out how to cancel it! Not worth this hassle.

App needs improvement. Click rewards and again first tab from left which is called “rewards”. Here let us say you have 130 reward points in your account. It will show you all 4 washes as free. That is misleading. They are not free. If you redeem your rewards will be subtracted. They are not free.
