ZIPS Car Wash 4+

Accessing my Zips account has never been easy online. Initially the app seemed to be an upgrade. But recently when I upgraded my membership I was charged at the new, more expensive level, I have not been receiving the upgraded wash job. So I am charged for more than I get. Today the app will not even open. It just spins & shows a little car driving by a Zips car wash. I’m thinking that maybe that’s the best course of action for me too; just end my membership & drive on by to go to another car wash. It’s not like this is the first time Zips has failed. Their billing practices are very suspect.

They make it so difficult to cancel things you have to have four different phone numbers three different apps just to cancel your service.

What happened to the gold all days where you can just go into the store and say I’d like to cancel my account and then you were able to do that this is absolutely absurd that they took that away from the people in the store made it inconvenient for everybody now we have to download another that probably steals data or shares data with the company or God knows who else. And if that fails like the app does where you can’t link your account you can’t change your account now you have to call customer service and they guilt trip you into trying to keep your service even though all you wanna do is cancel it, three days later, I’m trying to cancel my service!

Was offered but disappeared at the car wash and wasn’t able to use BUT because I’m an out of town we and my car was filthy from the ride I decided to pay… car was not clean and where I’m from the car wash offers drying towels … this one barely got the water off the car where it did get some and had to drip dry/ road dry the water off! The vacuums are good tho.
