It updated itself and I HATE IT!

This app always struggles to load and and everything runs together and is hard to read. The available balance is the same as the current balance instead of including your holds, and you have to pay loans using the transfer button instead of just hitting pay which takes longer. Every time I open the app it is a pain in the a**! I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but this one I felt was necessary. I want my old app back!!!

Newest update RUINED this app!

DO NOT WASTE TKME DOWNLOADING!!!

This update that just happened the past week is so horrible! It actually makes the app much less functional. It even looks cheaper! I don’t know if it’s a money issue with ORNL not being able to afford a decent app or if it’s to hurt their customer’s credit by removing the old very easy to use way to pay any loans or credit cards you have with ORNL.
It’s impossible to now easily pay my car loan like I use to on this app. The due date is not easily seen, which makes it so easy to miss a payment.
I am so so disappointed with this app. I have been a customer of ORNL for well over 10 years, which I have always taken any loans out with ORNL. Now, I am almost reconsidering continuing to be a customer with ORNL because of the lack of convenience they have caused me by making such a horrible upgrade with an app. The OLD APP was so much better, easier, and convenient. The old application even looked better and like more time was put into it. I don’t know what happened with this upgrade BUT PLEASE GET RID OF IT for the sake of your customers!! I will not be taking any future loans or credit with ORNL. SO DISAPPOINTING!

Fix the bugs before creating new versions

This App needs some serious improvements. IT needs to listen to members feedback on their “improvements of the app” and get with the developers on these issues. And I only say this because of first hand knowledge of having employees test the app as well as members to provide feedback. I personally believe they are trying to push too many updates and new versions before they are ready. 1st of all I am no longer able to use my fingerprint to log in. Second of all the processor lags way more than the previous app version. For example I made a transfer from savings to checking then I was going to make one from checking to a different share it would show on the accounts screen that it transferred but when I went to make the second transfer it was back to the balances before I made any transfers at all. Also a majority of the time I’m getting error codes right when I click on my app. I’ve had to close out of the app many many times just to get it to work and let me log in.
