Very Happy with the app, BUT....
Please make it where we can permanently clear the “pink” notifications you put at the top of the app’s homepage. I, very much, appreciate you letting us know when there is a scam, a new feature to the app, or when online banking will be down, but it’s kind of irritating to have to see it for days/weeks after I’ve read it. It would be really nice if there was an option to delete it after I’ve read it. Also, this would be beneficial when you have different announcements back to back. I’ve started to just exit out of the notification when I go into the app without reading it because I assume it’s the same message as it was the day before. When it’s a different message, I don’t notice it right away. If I could clear the message I’ve already read, I would know that if it pops up again it’s a new message I need to read. I know it may seem trivial to some, but I would like to make sure I see any new messages when you post them, and I would like to be able to see my balance as soon as I open the app, without having to scroll down past something I’ve already seen. Other than that, the app works beautifully!

It only gets 1 star because it allows me to transfer money from account to account
There is quite literally zero redeeming qualities about this mobile app. Not only is it slow and glitchy. But it also has had zero improvements over the last 5 years I have used it. You can only see the last 10 or so transactions you have made, no further. For that you will have to pull your statements, which is a completely separate process entirely. Why not allow users to access (at least) their past month’s transactions in a simple and easy way? Isn’t that the entire reason people use these apps?
I certainly hope you do not have a check you want to deposit through this app, because I promise no matter how you position your check or signature, it will not accept it. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Every few months I will give it another shot, thinking maybe there was an update I missed that has patched this. If you need to make a deposit, it’ll be less of a headache to just drive to the local branch. But it is always to no avail.
This app was bad when I first began using it circa 2015, and I excused it at the time because it was a new app and process for First Tennessee (Horizon.) But how have there been no improvements on these issues in that time? It’s ridiculous and frustrating. The only reason I haven’t switched banks is because I think it would be more of a headache switching than it is to deal with their ridiculous online interface.

When using Quick Glance or viewing your "Dashboard," only the first 10 transactions will be available. To see more than 10 transactions, you may use the “Transactions” tab. This will allow you to go further back in your transaction history.
Regarding mobile deposit, we recommend putting your check on a dark background in a well-lit area for the best results.

Recurring pays not showing... 🚨
Yesterday: It is easier to use after the latest update, but what happened to the recurring payments I had set up? Thank goodness I had a gut feeling I needed to make sure it was going out, for some reason. Otherwise, my auto insurance wouldn't have been paid. It wouldn’t even show me past payments under the payee...why?
update: The next day...I received a notification that my recurring payment went through but I knew it wasn’t the one I just set up again. If it was scheduled from the existing recurring payment setup then why didn’t it show up under upcoming payments? I rushed to delete the one I had set up so I wouldn’t double pay. I panicked and deleted the series which was the recurring payment I set up yesterday (I knew because it was different by $2). Now both payments say cancelled. Grrrrrrr! None of this would have happened if the recurring payment had shown up under upcoming payments. Please fix this.
