Fixed a bug that prevented Jots from being edited in the selected colour palette, and from persisting to the filesystem.

Bug fixes. Found an issue on the Editor screen that caused some files to load paragraphs with Lorem Ipsum text, and tiny editor height issue with hardware keyboards.

- Export your Jots as TXT, or RTF files. FYI: There is a known issue with rendering modern unicode characters in some RTF readers. We've simplified some of these characters to be compatible with most RTF readers/editors, but some may still struggle with special characters and Emojis.
