JoinHealth is a member engagement platform created exclusively for members of group health, vision and dental plans managed by Cobalt Benefits Group (CBA Blue, Blue Benefit Administrators of Massachusetts, EBPA). Here, plan members will find everything they need to proactively manage their health benefits, including claims and policy details; curated, condition-specific solutions; and bespoke approaches to address gaps in care.
With JoinHealth, members can:
• Stay Connected 24/7: Access plan information and virtual ID card(s) anytime, anywhere.
• Get Immediate Support: Securely communicate with our dedicated customer service team using the integrated messaging feature.
•Find Care: Search for care when and where it is needed. Locate doctors, hospitals, labs and other healthcare professionals in the plan’s network.
• Manage Plan Benefits: Seamlessly navigate through coverage details, track claims, view explanation of benefits, and monitor progress towards satisfaction of deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
• Elevate Well-being: Take proactive steps to improve health with personalized recommendations and reminders based on health data.
