The app’s FTUE design is really good! There is a quick tutorial section and a user info gathering section. The UI design is very clean and easy to read, using only blue, white, and black as the main colors. This really leaves a great FTUE for me. However, I think you guys should improve the following things: Emphasize the filter button a bit more to let users choose the best plan for them. Direct users to Google / Apple Maps when they click the small green location button, which would lead to an easier and faster search (users don’t need to exit the app and open Maps to search for the specific location). Or you guys can adopt Airbnb’s housing location UI design—a map that directly shows all the shops near the user and the price. The price filter section should limit the max price to a reasonable amount ($9,999 is a bit too unreasonable and $600 is the average car interior cleaning price I searched ). Right now, it is very hard for users to drag the price line to even $500, let alone $100; the price line proportions should be improved. Lastly, if you guys can also add exterior car cleaning, it would be better! Because I think this is a bigger need for car owners nowadays. Or, for each interior car cleaning shop, redirect the comments from Google Maps or Yelp under this app give users a better idea of which one to choose.

As a mobile detailer, this app is a phenomenal platform to book your mobile details! It’s very easy to set up, and create a business profile. People can easily find you, pick a service, and book a detail. That easy. It’s very professional and easy to navigate. I set up my business account and had a booking a few days later and I couldn’t believe how easy and convenient it was for not only me, but also my client. Highly recommend for any detailer looking to expand their Mobile detailing business, or if just you want to have an easy booking platform for your clients. I also highly recommend this app to anyone who consistently gets their car detailed. This is by far the best way to find a detailer, and book an appointment with no hassle. 5 stars for me.

The app is super simple to understand, and makes connecting with new clients super easy through the built in marketplace feature, essentially allowing the clients to order detailers like it’s DoorDash. This app allows us to keep all of our appointments super organized, and anytime I’ve ever had any questions or concerns, the customer service has been fantastic in assisting. They’re actually willing to speak to and listen to the detailers themselves who use the app for any possible feedback they might have. 10/10 experience on this app.

The Detail Connect App was so simple and user friendly to get a mobile car detail job booked and paid for at a time and day that was convenient for me. No need to look up all the websites or call to compare prices…any information I needed was on the app including reviews! After about six clicks on the app and I was scheduled to have a detail in my driveway while I was at work, conveniently scheduled after a trip traveling down the east coast for college visits with messy kids! My car smells amazing, looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier. I was able to message my detailer from the app, tip him, and leave a review for his business. No hassle, no time wasted, and one happy mom!!!! Highly recommend!
