I’ve had my own mobile detailing business for about a year and a half now, and I’ve used Urable since Day 1. It helped me to provide a professional image to the public and helped to keep me organized. It takes a lot of pain out of running a business. It doesn’t matter if you’re a one-man/woman show or a multi-million dollar operation, Urable is a must-have app for anyone in the detailing/window tint/PPF industry!! But the app isn’t the best part, the company behind it is!! Urable is a family-owned business and they pour their heart and soul into it. They are constantly working on new ways to improve the app and its functionality. They are very responsive to customer issues, and regularly implement updates requested by users. In those times that they don’t implement a user request, they always take the time to explain why they can’t (or simply won’t) do it, and almost always when they won’t make a change it’s because the request is not a best business practice or it simply doesn’t make sense to perform a process the way it was requested. Urable is an amazing app and an amazing company!! Without a doubt, as long as I’m in business and they’re in business, I’ll be using Urable to help me run my business!!

Having been in business almost 20 yrs, using software for the last 12-13yrs I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience.The human touch is my favorite part… the bigger you get it seems like the software companies push you more and more towards emails and website forms to get your problems or questions answered… not with URable …! It truly innovates on lots of things but it’s not just about the product features when your growing, it has to meet the budget, the value has to connect and it needs to offer you growth and education that’s actually helpful… URable hits all these boxes… from the beginning to 6months in I am in this to win this… they would really have to mess up big time to get me to jump ship… if your considering a software change, weather it’s from a big company like square or jobber or your just dipping your toes in it for the first time URable is a fantastic option …!

I have to use this app every day at work. Something that’s been a problem for months now is every time I open the app it shows the incorrect day. The day is highlighted but it’s scrolled to a different day every time. Even after multiple updates this single most annoying thing hasn’t been fixed. If you’re trying to schedule something that’s fun also. You basically have to walk the app through every single detail. You simply can’t select a date and time and then schedule. You have to click the date both after setting to start and end times. No one really understands this when they first use it. Also when you’re going through setting up an appointment you have to constantly click green check marks on every single thing that’s not helpful either. Apps are supposed to make life easier not more difficult. Try using this app while talking to a customer. It’s like pulling teeth to use it until you get used to it. Then after you think you’ve got it figured out they change a large part of the original functionality. There’s too many options and too much going on. You have to walk the app through every single detail from starting a job, finishing a job, checking this or that.. it’s painful. I can honestly say it’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever used so I’m a little surprised by the positive reviews. I’d give it one star but they seem to be trying to improve it. It’s almost as if they had about a hundred different ideas and thew them all together into a messy app that’s not really even designed for mobile. The desktop experience is not great either. I do more clicking off the date and back on the date just to see the correct day and I must have to do this again 20 times a day. I can’t believe that part hasn’t been fixed yet.

I introduced this Customer Management and Booking system into our detail business at the beginning of COVID. Previously I had used HouseCall Pro. This software/app keeps all our customer data organized. I can't say enough how much I love it. It streamlined our customer communication with automated text messages when they book, when the car is ready to pick up and reminds them at intervals to come back in. That last feature alone has increased our return customers significantly and that means it increased our revenue.I have integrated automations with Urable to automatically add emails address to my email marketing campaigns. You can even have Lead forms from your website automatically populate Urable. This means less work for you!While all of this daily makes me thankful to the Urable team, today an update changed a feature that I love. (By the way, there are constant improvement tweaks to the software driven by customer/detailer requests). I messaged the team on a Sunday and I got a message back FROM THE PROGRAMMER! Within hours he turned the feature that I love (a photo of the customer in their account) back on. This does not happen with other programs. I am beyond grateful! There is still so much more functionality in this software that I didn't even address. Recently I was teaching another detailer how to use it and he got tired of me describing Urable as ROBUST. Until we kept training and finally he announced loudly: It's so ROBUST!!If you've heard good things and you're considering leveling up your detailing business, this is it!
