I am visiting Austin and my hotel doesn’t have a washing machine and their laundry options are way too expensive so I looked around and found no scrub which was great! I assume it varies depending on the person you get but my experience was great it was like a 3 hour turn around and clothes were clean and folded when I got it back. Side note: I did just wash casual clothes so not sure if experience would’ve been the same w more expensive clothing
