Purchased a TST bike yesterday and cannot get the app to connect to the bike. The app’s automated Bluetooth shows it found the bike but when I select connect, it quickly says product information does not exist. I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve restarted the app, my phone, my Bluetooth and the bike. I’ve also checked my phones location settings and privacy settings.

When you first buy your ebike, it doesn’t go too fast. But then when you get the app you can upgrade it from a class 2, to a class 3. This lets it go 8mph faster. The main app doesn’t work very well for tracking mileage and stuff, but it is really nice to have the upgrade.

I just got the TST R9 and it dosent sync to the app i’ve used different brands of phone to pair and it won’t even pop up, with the issue saying bluetooth timed out when in reality it’s the app. I’ve emailed the with no response to how to fix this issue and without the app the bike only goes 20mph so it’s practically a pedal bike basically wasted 600$ on a bike to go 20mph customer service is horrible and dosent reply

Received the bike today which was ordered last week. Got it fully assembled with no issues. Downloaded the app and registered an account. App finds my bike R004 Plus. I click “connect” then the apply quickly displays a message “product information does not exist”. Annoying that the app doesn’t work.
