Love the program, but disappointed you did not calculate a formula for existing rewards points when they migrated to this new program. I had enough points for 5 free meals and you changed the entire rewards program but did not calculate an increase to existing points, thus now I need another 200 points once again to get back to where I was.

5 stars before recent update. I had points stocked up for a few smoothies and the recent update took them all away, completely changed the app, and does not function correctly.The order online system changed too and is now much less user friendly. I get spammed with the system asking for my birthday every time I click a menu item, no matter how many times I put in my birthday. Change it back and give me my points…
