I’ve used it a few times to deliver food. There is no tracking my order so I have no idea when they will show up with my frozen/cold food. It auto selects my store by my delivery location. I’m the middle of three locations so if one location is out of stock, it is impossible to have the other store deliver it. The whole experience is frustrating. And why do they not deliver the fresh squeezed orange juice?

I tried 10 times to check out my grocery and it wasn't successful. I tried several times to add the delivery information and it wasn't retaining the information. Some of the items I added keep being omitted. In the age of AI this is quite unacceptable.

You couldn’t even get the old app to work right and then you release a new one? What’s the point of checking a box to remain signed in when you sign out automatically when the app closes? Maybe you could get someone that has an education level higher than the second grade to work on this app.

Initially I wasn’t able to make an order but updates appear to have fixed the problem. Decent app now seems to work ok. Love being able to shop online & have delivered. Inventory is much more reliable than competitors. Orders are mostly delivered complete vs other markets on foodpnda or grb were 50% of items ordered are actually out of stock
