Resilience already exists within each of us. However, it needs to be nurtured regularly, especially in turbulent times. Momental is here to help – a guide to fostering resilience for adults and children that offers simple, practical techniques for daily self-care. Even two minutes a day are helpful for nurturing resilience. The app is developed by UNICEF Ukraine, in collaboration with the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program ‘How are U?’ initiated by Olena Zelenska and the psychologist Svitlana Roiz.
