more I love love love this app. I’m someone who does a lot of sports (surfing) and needed an app that was able to be tailored to fill in gym and cardio workouts between surf sessions. This can do exactly that - my gym training is completely customizable to hit the muscle groups I need to hit and senses when I’m over exerting, recalibrating accordingly. And I can very easily tweak the workouts by asking it to change something up. It’s really transformative to my workout routine. Keep up the great work!
Developer Response Great to hear SensAI is helping you fit gym and cardio work around your surf sessions. Thanks for sharing how you’re using it!

Definitely didnt expect this to be as good as it is but Hardbodied recommended it so i decided to use it and he didnt let down.
Developer Response Thanks for giving SensAI a shot! Glad Hardbodied sent you our way and that the app’s living up to his recommendation. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!

This is the user experience i was looking for in a fitness app. It does a nice job combining conversation AI with workout program design and performance tracking. There’s one massive drawback which is if the exercise you want to do doesn’t exist in the library, you can’t add it which means you can’t track it.
Developer Response Thanks for this. Glad the coaching and tracking work well together for you. You’re right about the exercise library: if a movement isn’t there, you can’t currently add and track it. That’s a real limitation, and we’re looking at how best to address it.

This is what I asked the AI n this app to capture in the review. **Title: An AI trainer that forgets the training plan** I canceled my subscription because I kept having to remind the AI trainer of the basics of my routine: Saturday is my long-run day, and Sunday is for strength training. A personalized coach should retain those priorities and plan around them, not make me repeat myself. The kettlebell workout was the final straw. I asked for an all-kettlebell session, but the first version included dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. When I chose kettlebell halos to replace farmer carries, the AI removed the carries without putting halos in the trackable workout, then told me the app doesn’t support that exercise. It should have checked before offering the swap. I spent more time correcting the coach than getting useful coaching.
Developer Response Thanks for explaining what happened. We traced the scheduling issue to a conflict between saved preferences and what you requested in chat. The swap failed because the replacement wasn’t in our exercise library, but the app removed the original anyway. We’re working on both. The coach should resolve conflicting preferences and explain when a swap isn’t possible before changing your workout.

READY FOR IPHONE DUO
See more of your training at once: Coach beside your schedule, workout details beside your calendar, and activity history beside your results. Progress cards, Settings, and setup make better use of the wider display. Keep your place when folding or unfolding, so your training stays with you as you switch layouts.
MORE CONTROL OVER EVERY SET
Browse any exercise's sets without changing what comes next; use Start Now when you want to bring an exercise forward and end your current rest. Edit future sets or correct completed sets without interrupting rest. Apply your changes to just one set or matching remaining sets, then save when you're ready.
KEEP YOUR COACH CLOSE
The tab bar stays available while you track sets and rest, so you can open Coach or another tab whenever you need. Return with one tap on the active-workout button, with your current set, rest state, and unsaved edits intact.
Also in this update:
- Undo an accidentally completed set without losing its measurements, and add sets right from the set list
- Keep workout controls and set details within reach when the keyboard is open or space is tight, with clearer rest-timer editing and room for longer exercise names
- Improve Settings navigation, with Done available in every section and prompts to protect unsaved changes
- Simplify setup on wider screens, with less scrolling for experience level, equipment, and goals
- Fix a case where a deleted workout could return after restarting it and folding or unfolding iPhone Duo
- Improve recovery when finishing a workout after an Apple Watch connection or Apple Health save problem, with progress preserved across retries and a way to finish in SensAI if the Health save cannot be confirmed
- Minor polish and cleanup

START AND ADJUST WORKOUTS FROM YOUR WRIST
Start today's scheduled workout right from Apple Watch, with your iPhone nearby. Tap the pencil on the current set, then turn the Digital Crown or swipe to change weight, reps, time or distance, and your iPhone and Lock Screen update to match. A new Sets page shows every set of the current exercise, or what's next while you rest. On Apple Watch Ultra, assign SensAI to the Action button to complete a set or skip rest with a press, and add the new SensAI complication to open the app from your watch face.
Also in this update:
- Add a summary card in chat when your coach changes your settings, with a shortcut to Settings
- Improve workout change summaries in chat
- Improve rest adjustment on Apple Watch and iPhone: minus now goes down to 0:15 and no longer ends a rest early
- Stop unwanted iPhone rest and set alerts while you follow a workout on Apple Watch
- Show settings changed by your coach or on another device as soon as your own changes finish syncing
- Show your plan's actual weights right after switching units, such as 10 kg instead of 9.1 kg
- Improve Apple Watch readability, with clearer completion marks in the Exercises list and centered completion screens
- Minor polish and cleanup
Update SensAI on both iPhone and Apple Watch. A Watch still on an earlier version asks for the update before it shows your workout.
1.1.6 Sep 30
MORE WORKOUT. LESS PHONE.
Meet SensAI for Apple Watch. Start on iPhone, then pocket your phone: browse your workout’s full exercise list, check weights and reps, and see your set progress. Complete sets, control exercise and rest timers, adjust rest, and get a tap when timers end. Finish on Apple Watch once all sets are complete. With Apple Health access, see live heart rate and active calories.
Also in this update:
- Improve Live Activity updates for current sets, weights, reps, and rest timers
- Fix stale next-exercise previews after workout changes during rest without resetting the countdown
- Prevent duplicate or delayed Lock Screen actions from completing the wrong set, and clear timers and alerts when a workout is deleted
- Fix rare sync issues that could duplicate completed sets or make workouts appear finished too soon
- Fix saved weights and other set values reverting after a refresh, and preserve unsaved edits to completed sets when returning to the app
- Fix set-type changes and edited timer durations being lost when leaving the app, and keep the correct side shown after timed sets performed one side at a time
- Fix the workout overview showing deleted exercises or failing to finish after set changes
- Show upcoming rest on the Lock Screen without starting its timer when you complete a set in the iPhone app with auto-advance off
- Improve workout calorie estimates
- Improve sign-in recovery when your saved login is no longer valid
- Improve iOS 27 compatibility, button readability, and accessibility contrast, with a refreshed SensAI app icon
SensAI now requires iOS 26 or later. Apple Watch support requires watchOS 26 or later.
1.1.5 Sep 16
THE COMPLETE EXERCISE CATALOG, NOW IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The complete SensAI exercise catalog is now available in Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Exercise names, instructions, alternate names, and categories (including body parts, equipment, muscles, and difficulty) are fully translated. Search works naturally even without accent marks, and familiar English gym terms still find the right movement.
WORKOUTS THAT FINISH STRONG
Completed workouts now save more reliably to Apple Health, including when optional heart-rate or Active Energy access is unavailable or your device is locked. SensAI also estimates calories when Health has no energy data. Timed sets now finish reliably in Live Activities while the app is in the background, and stopping a set early no longer triggers a late completion alert.
Also in this update:
- New plans now default to 3 training days per week for beginners, 4 for intermediate users, and 5+ for advanced users
- Improve startup speed when opening SensAI offline
- Improve timer-alert reliability when notification permissions change or a timer is cancelled
- Improve Apple Health workout imports after reinstalling SensAI, signing back in, or switching devices
- Fix tapping an active workout's Live Activity briefly resetting the current workout screen
- Fix the final set remaining incomplete in the Live Activity after a workout ends
- Fix Apple Health background updates that could stop new workouts from appearing in the Activity tab until the app restarted
1.1.4 Aug 6
NOW IN SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE
SensAI's interface is now available in Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, including onboarding, Coach, Plan, Activity, Progress, Settings, widgets, Live Activities, and workout notifications. Counts, measurements, dates, durations, and percentages adapt to your region, and new Coach responses follow your preferred iOS language and regional style.
We're still translating the exercise catalog. For now, exercise names and instructions remain in English; the full catalog will be available in Spanish and Portuguese in our next release.
POLISHED IN EVERY DETAIL
Equipment names in exercise details are now localized, onboarding screens fit translated workout duration and schedule options more naturally, and wording throughout the app and widgets has been refined for clarity.
Also in this update:
- Fix Settings navigation so screens open reliably and the Back button returns to the expected screen
- Improve connection reliability on Wi-Fi networks that previously had trouble reaching SensAI
1.1.3 Jul 25
MORE CONTROL OVER RECOVERY GUIDANCE
When SensAI has enough Apple Health data to recommend changing today's workout, new controls in Plan and workout details let you review the recommendation, keep your current plan, or ask SensAI to adjust it.
Recovery metrics in Progress are also more consistent with that guidance. HRV, overnight heart rate, and sleep duration now use the same overnight data, preserve recent averages when today's reading is missing, and adapt more cleanly to larger text sizes.
WORKOUT TRACKING THAT STAYS IN STEP
Linked Apple Health workouts now update Plan and workout details right away with the correct duration, workout type, and available stats. When you complete a set from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, the workout editor stays on the right set, including after rest, without overwriting changes in progress.
When you use the stopwatch for a timed set, elapsed time now stays with the set you completed instead of carrying into future sets.
MORE RESILIENT COACH CONVERSATIONS
Coach is better at recovering when a connection drops. Failed messages stay visible with retry and delete options, conversations can continue without relaunching, and messages interrupted while sending are handled more carefully to avoid duplicates.
Tap Coach again to jump to the latest message without reloading the conversation.
Also in this update:
- Improve starting future workouts with clearer scheduling guidance and more accurate "Workout Changed" status
- Add clearer sign-in failure alerts, including connection-specific guidance when SensAI cannot be reached
- Improve accessibility with higher-contrast red accents throughout the app
1.1.2 Jul 16
RICHER CONVERSATIONS WITH COACH
Coach can now bring more of your training context into the conversation. Exercises, workout plans, progress charts, and workout updates can appear directly in chat, with form demos, step-by-step exercise guidance, and clear paths into the right workout or detail screen.
Coach also feels steadier while it works. Rich responses stay visible, revised answers replace old drafts cleanly, and push notifications can open Coach with your latest messages ready to read.
A BETTER FIRST PLAN
SensAI now asks for more of the details that shape a useful plan before your first workout is created, including workout length, preferred training days, and any pain, injuries, or limitations Coach should account for. When Apple Health has recent workout, sleep, or recovery data available, SensAI can show clearer context for how that information helps shape your plan.
You can review and update those preferences later in Settings, so future plans can keep adapting as your schedule or needs change. First-workout setup is smoother too, with cleaner reminder timing and clearer prompts.
PLAN AND WORKOUTS FEEL MORE CONNECTED
The Plan tab is more reliable as workouts and Coach changes update your schedule. Workout actions are less likely to look stale after you start, continue, or sync a session, accepted Coach edits show up right away, and empty plan states recover more gracefully when your plan is already on device.
Also in this update:
- Move through workouts with less tapping when Workout Auto-Advance starts rest and advances to the next set for you
- Keep sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate updates current without changing manual physical settings
- Make scheduled workouts easier to recognize and open from the Plan tab
- Keep planned and completed weights aligned with your measurement setting
- Reduce paywall and loading interruptions during subscription checks and after purchases
- Minor polish and cleanup across onboarding, plan generation, settings, and workout screens
1.1.1 Jun 26
RICHER COACH RESPONSES FOR EVERYONE
Richer Coach responses are now available to everyone. Interactive cards for exercises, workout plans, progress charts, and workout updates can appear right inside the conversation. Exercise cards can include form demos, step-by-step instructions, and a quick path to exercise details. Workout plan cards can show clearer activity summaries with exercise imagery and smoother navigation into the right plan or workout.
Coach also gives clearer feedback while it works. Card-only responses stay visible, and push notifications can open Coach with the latest messages ready to read.
PLAN PREFERENCES THAT FOLLOW YOU
SensAI now collects more of the details that shape a useful plan before your first workout is created: how long you want workouts to be, which days you prefer to train, and any pain, injuries, or limitations Coach should account for. You can review and update those preferences later in Settings, so future plans can keep adapting as your schedule or needs change.
Settings screens now make saving changes clearer too. Physical Info, Exercise Info, and Plan Preferences use a prominent Save Changes button, warn before discarding unsaved edits, and only enable saving when something actually changed.
START WORKOUTS WHEN YOU'RE READY
Future scheduled workouts can now be started from chat cards, plan detail, and activity detail when you're ready to train early. Your schedule updates after you start early, while the workout you already started keeps running.
Plan and chat now use clearer language around starting future workouts, continuing in-progress sessions, and reading your schedule. There's also a new Workout Auto-Advance preference that can start rest after each completed set and move to the next set when rest ends, with a Settings toggle for people who prefer manual control. Rest timer adjustments now carry forward to future rests too, so changing the countdown during a workout keeps the timing you intended.
MORE RELIABLE WORKOUT TRACKING
Workout tracking is more reliable when you're offline, reconnecting, or making changes to a workout. Completed sets are less likely to appear unfinished after a refresh, duplicate exercises in the same workout keep their own sets and order, and workout actions are better protected after recent changes finish saving.
Coach and chat reliability are improved too. Calendar changes suggested by Coach handle exercise reorders more reliably, and chat now shows a visible error when a response cannot be completed.
Also in this update:
- Add a clearer Report a Problem flow from Settings, Plan, and workout screens
- Add date markers when chat history crosses calendar days
- Improve subscription option clarity and support annual plans paid monthly where available
- Move Measurement System into App Preferences and apply changes instantly across the app
- Fix birthdays shifting by a day across time zones
- Improve exercise image loading on flaky networks and reduce storage pressure from animated exercise images
- Improve HealthKit reliability on unsupported platforms and for sleep summaries
- Fix a rare startup crash
- Minor polish and cleanup across onboarding, plan generation, settings, feedback, and workout sheets
1.1.0 Jun 18
COACH IS LEARNING NEW SKILLS
We're beginning a phased rollout of richer Coach responses. Some users will see interactive cards for exercises, workout plans, progress charts, and workout updates right inside the conversation. Exercise cards can include form demos, step-by-step instructions, and a quick path to the full exercise detail sheet. Workout plan cards can show clearer activity summaries with exercise imagery and smoother navigation into the right plan or workout.
Coach also does a better job showing what is happening while it works. You'll see clearer status updates between message updates, richer responses stay visible even when they contain only cards, and plan generation no longer blocks the rest of the app while Coach builds your workout.
MORE RESILIENT WORKOUT PLANS
Workout plans are more reliable when you're offline, reconnecting, or starting from different parts of the app. Cached plans can now power calendar views, chat cards, widgets, deep links, and session starts with better recovery when a plan changes. Future scheduled workouts can also be started when you're ready from chat cards, plan detail, and activity detail.
SMOOTHER WORKOUT TRACKING
Timed sets and rest timers now include pause and resume controls in the app, matching the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island controls. Workout completion now appears as a sheet, and the active workout view is better protected from stale sync responses, duplicate tracker pushes, and briefly showing zero sets while local changes sync.
Also in this update:
- Add date markers when chat history crosses calendar days
- Improve chat's offline state and automatic refresh after reconnecting
- Improve workout reminder setup after onboarding, sign-in, and Settings changes
- Improve paywall clarity and support annual plans paid monthly where available
- Improve Lock Screen and Dynamic Island timer reliability after rests, backgrounding, and relaunches
- Improve exercise image loading on flaky networks
- Improve HealthKit reliability on unsupported platforms and for sleep summaries
- Fix workout duration estimates for single-set and back-to-back cardio
- Improve reliability for completed sets, deleted sets, and workout-session sync
1.0.18 May 27
MORE RELIABLE WORKOUT REMINDERS
Workout reminders are more reliable after onboarding, sign-in, and Settings changes. If you turn reminders on, SensAI now makes sure your device is fully registered to receive them and keeps trying if a temporary network issue gets in the way.
SMOOTHER WORKOUT TIMERS
Lock Screen and Dynamic Island timer controls are more reliable after completing a set, finishing a rest period, backgrounding the app, or reopening after the app has been closed. Timed sets and rest timers now include pause and resume controls in the app too, matching the controls you see outside the app.
BETTER WORKOUT FLOW
Plan generation no longer blocks the rest of the app while Coach builds your plan. Workout completion now appears as a sheet, so it feels lighter to review your summary and get back to the app. Cardio duration estimates are more accurate too: single-set cardio and back-to-back cardio no longer include extra rest or transition time.
Also in this update:
- Chat now shows what Coach is doing between message updates
- Improved diagnostic reports with one-shake activation, optional notes, and fewer accidental submissions
- Fixed a rare crash while an assistant message was still streaming
- Improved sync reliability for completed sets and workout sessions
- Stopped permanently broken sync operations from retrying forever
- Fixed washed-out primary buttons on iOS 18
- Improved handling for future notification and deep-link types
1.0.17 May 14
A SMOOTHER FIRST DAY
Onboarding now ends with a scheduling step that puts your first workout on your calendar with a real time - and a reminder when it's coming up. Adjust your daily workout reminder any time from Settings. Returning users (signing back in after deleting the app, or reactivating a subscription) get smoother handoffs, and you can delete your account directly in-app with secure re-authentication.
MORE RELIABLE LOCK SCREEN TIMERS
Several fixes to how rest and set timers behave in real-world conditions. Unilateral exercises (single-leg balance work and similar) now record the right time when the screen sleeps mid-set, and the Lock Screen Live Activity shows the correct side. After the app is killed, tapping Play resumes the right side - and tapping Stop on an expired timer no longer silently does nothing. The countdown briefly showing the full target instead of "0:00" at the moment a set ends is also fixed.
Also in this update:
- Improved onboarding readability at larger text sizes
- Improved keyboard handling in onboarding's custom goal field
- Improved error reporting for expected transient conditions, so real issues stand out
- Fixed several onboarding navigation edge cases
- Minor polish and cleanup
1.0.16 Apr 30
FULLY OFFLINE WORKOUTS
Set logging, timers, exercise reordering, and finishing a session have been offline for a while - now starting a session is too. The last piece of the offline experience is in place. Your progress saves locally and syncs when you reconnect. (AI features still need internet.)
UNIFIED LIVE ACTIVITY
Rest timer, current set, and next set now share a single redesigned activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Pause, skip, or complete sets without unlocking. The activity advances automatically when rest ends. Timed sets show a live countdown, and one-side-at-a-time exercises show which side you're on.
Also in this update:
- Open the set list directly from the rest timer to see what's coming up
- Redesigned exercise list with clearer section dividers
- Celebratory llama when you finish a set or wrap a workout
- Faster, more reliable sync after logging workouts offline
- Fixed rest-timer set counts drifting after mid-workout changes
- Fixed calendar and session list staleness after deleting a session
- Fixed duplicate set counts when adding an exercise from history
- Various reliability fixes for rest and set timers across backgrounding and relaunches
1.0.15 Apr 23
PREDICTIVE PROMPTS
After Coach responds, suggested follow-ups appear below the message as tappable prompts. Tap one and it sends immediately - no typing required. Prompts are generated by Coach based on the conversation and disappear if you return to the app hours later and the context has moved on.
PERFORMANCE HISTORY
Exercise detail pages now include a chart showing your estimated one-rep max and training volume over the last 30 days, 90 days, or past year.
Also in this update:
- Tap any exercise in your post-workout summary to view its full detail page
- Improved Coach conversation recovery after reinstalling the app
- Fixed an issue causing workouts to show zero calories in Apple Health for some users
- Fixed "Connect Apple Health" continuing to appear on the Progress tab after connecting
- Fixed database errors that could interrupt set logging for some users
- Fixed a main-thread hang caused by repeated HealthKit permission checks
1.0.14 Mar 25
REDESIGNED COACH TAB
The Coach tab has been rebuilt from the ground up with a clean architecture that supports infinite scrollback, real-time streaming responses, and multi-image messages. Conversation history loads as you scroll back with no position jump.
MULTI-IMAGE MESSAGES
Attach up to three images to any message via your photo library or camera. Images display in a stacked layout above your message and stay in your conversation history.
PHOTO ANALYSIS
The composer's actions panel surfaces four analysis intents: identify gym equipment and get a workout built around it, estimate calories and macros from a photo of your plate, identify an unfamiliar piece of equipment and learn how to use it, or read a nutrition label against your current dietary goals. Select an intent, pick a photo, and Coach responds automatically.
SUGGESTIONS
The actions panel also includes a suggestions tab with conversation starters if you're not sure where to begin.
Also in this update:
- Thumbs up/down feedback on any Coach response
- Memories indicator appears when Coach updates what it knows about you
- Draft text preserved if you background the app mid-message
- Background message refresh when returning to the app
1.0.13 Mar 17
Bug fixes.
- Fixed a calendar bug that caused tomorrow's workout to disappear on days clocks change for Daylight Saving Time. EU users: this one's for you.
- Fixed an issue where a previous session could incorrectly appear still active, blocking you from starting a new workout.
1.0.12 Mar 11
We redesigned how you navigate workouts and built a unified home for all your training history.
EXERCISE HUB
The biggest request since the new tracker launched. Starting a workout now opens a hub showing every exercise at a glance, with your current exercise highlighted as a hero card. Tap any exercise to start working sets, and you're returned to the hub when you finish. During rest periods, the hero card transforms into a live countdown that pulses when your rest is done and your next exercise is ready. You control when the workout ends - completing all prescribed sets brings you back to the hub, but you can keep going. Add more exercises, add extra sets, take your time. The finish button is yours to press when you're ready.
UNIFIED ACTIVITY TIMELINE
The Activity tab is no longer just a HealthKit viewer. Every SensAI workout now lives in a reverse-chronological feed - useful even without Apple Health connected. When Health is connected, workouts from your Garmin, Apple Watch, Whoop, or any synced device appear alongside yours. Tracked a run on your watch? Link it to today's planned cardio and your plan updates automatically. An AI-powered Daily Summary card highlights what the timeline can't show on its own: performance trends, personal records, and recovery insights.
FASTER PATHS TO TRAINING
Tapping Start or Continue on a calendar card skips the hub and drops you straight into your first exercise. Reopen the app mid-workout and it picks up where you left off instead of sending you to Coach. Widget taps now land where you can actually start a session.
SMARTER HEALTH INSIGHTS
Your Coach now works with significantly richer health data - body composition trends, sleep timing consistency, properly contextualized cardio fitness, and daily-averaged recovery metrics instead of noisy hourly snapshots. The Progress tab also benefits, showing last night's actual sleep duration rather than a weekly average. If you've connected Apple Health, your Coach just got meaningfully smarter about your body.
REDESIGNED LIVE ACTIVITIES
Rest timers and active set timers have a new layout with clearer information hierarchy and dedicated Apple Watch Smart Stack views. Notifications now fire reliably when timers complete, even when your phone is locked or the app is in the background.
Also in this update:
- Full-access 7-day free trial with no feature restrictions
- Redesigned exercise browser with simplified filters
- Edit completed timed sets after the fact
- Exercise images pre-cached for spotty gym Wi-Fi
- Unilateral exercises show "per side" in summaries
- Rest timer notifications update when you adjust time or reorder exercises
- Classic tracker removed (zero active users since the new tracker shipped)
- Numerous bug fixes for set syncing, deletion, and session continuity
1.0.11 Mar 6
This is the biggest update we have ever shipped.
We spent over a year researching, designing, and building a completely new workout tracking experience from the ground up. The result is a guided tracker that walks you through every set, every rest period, and every exercise — then gets out of your way so you can focus on training.
If you have noticed SensAI looking and feeling better over the past few months, that was all leading here. The tracker is where it all came together.
SET-BY-SET GUIDED TRACKING
The old spreadsheet-style tracker is gone. Your current exercise now fills the screen with animated form images, pre-filled weights, and a single action: Complete Set. When you finish, a rest timer takes over automatically.
LOCK SCREEN AND DYNAMIC ISLAND
During rest periods and timed exercises, your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show your timer, current exercise, and what's coming next. Tap to jump back in. Get notified on your phone and Apple Watch when rest is done.
SMART SWAP AND SMART MODIFY
Equipment busy? Tell Smart Swap and get an alternative instantly. Need to change the whole workout? Smart Modify restructures it based on plain language — "make it shorter," "I'm exhausted," "focus more on back."
AUTOMATIC WEIGHT MEMORY
Complete a set and matching sets fill in automatically. Add a new exercise and it loads your history. First time? SensAI estimates from your fitness data.
TIMED EXERCISE SUPPORT
Planks, farmer's carries, side planks, and other duration-based exercises now have built-in timer controls with countdown progress, pause/resume, and automatic side-to-side transitions with flipped form images.
FULL OFFLINE SUPPORT
Once your session starts, everything works without a connection. Log sets, reorder and delete exercises, use rest timers with Live Activities, edit completed sets, view exercise info. Data saves locally and syncs automatically when you are back online.
WORKOUT RECAP
Every session ends with a summary: duration, total volume, calories, heart rate zones, completion stats, and a full exercise-by-exercise breakdown.
Also in this update:
- 500+ exercises with animated form guides
- Home screen widget to jump into today's workout
- Add, delete, and reorder exercises mid-session
- Mark sets as warm-up, drop set, or failure
- Resume incomplete workouts from a previous day
- Classic tracker available in Settings if you prefer the original
1.0.10 Feb 7
What’s New in This Version

We’ve added a brand-new Progress tab – your personal hub for tracking workout streaks, personal records, performance trends, and recovery metrics (if you’ve connected Apple Health).
It’s a motivating way to see how far you’ve come and where you’re headed – all in one place.
The old Profile tab has moved to Settings, where it belongs.
And as always, we’ve made a bunch of small improvements to make everything feel faster, cleaner, and more reliable.

1.0.1 10/03/2025
