I already have the 5L feeder for 2 cats, but I found that one of my cats began showing food guarding behaviors. I got their single cat feeder to help separate my kitties during meal times and give them different options to eat from while still sticking to their diet. This has worked well so far. The product is good quality and you’ll just need to test it with your specific cat food to get accurate portion measurements. Smaller portions seem to work best as larger portion settings just pile up in the bowl. This has worked well for my cats though because they can get multiple smaller meals throughout the day. The app works fine but it does prompt a lot for location and Bluetooth access. It also doesn’t really feel necessary other than to check the battery and if your device had an issues distributing portions. It also may be more useful if you plan to get multiple of their wifi capable devices

The feeder itself could be better (I wish it had a function to drop different amounts into each bowl), but overall it works as it should. After I'd only had it for about 5 months, I kept getting an error message that food was stuck in the machine, even though it wasn't. I emailed the company and a rep named Sue reached out and offered to send me a replacement for free! It arrived quickly and I didn't have to ship back the original feeder. Great customer service, and now I have happy kitties with a working feeder.

i bought originally a dual feeder anticipating getting a kitten but decided when i did get my second cat to buy two upgraded individual feeders. i love them so much, especially with my schedule i can make sure my babies are eating. it lets you know when they are offline and when the meals have been dispersed on the app. you can also change the portions or even disperse a meal at any time separate from the scheduled meals. because i have two cats i have two feeders on my app and im able to name the both of them as well. they are very sleek designs and easy to clean. im so grateful for these feeders since my job keeps me out all day sometimes. the only problem i ran into is my cats were smart enough to figure out how to open the lids so i had to get child locks LOL other than that AMAZING feeders!

We transitioned to the newer Oneisall app when we added our second pet feeder. It’s a much nicer experience than the Smartlife app if you only have the pet feeders as it focuses on those specifically and leaves out the other stuff that’s not needed. So much more easier to manage and less confusing. It was super easy and quick to add our feeders to the app, setup the feeding schedule and share access with my wife so we both have visibility of what’s going on. Would highly recommend the Oneisall cat feeders and this app.
