The legendary Dead Ahead universe is back! 10M+ players have already hit the road, but most ended up as zombie bait. Can you make it past the next mile?
Key Features:
- Chill & Savage
The apocalypse at your own pace. Master the idle loop day by day with seamless controls: pick your perks, sit back and watch your hero carve through the horde.
- Choice & Consequence
Every day on the road brings a new decision. Risk it all for a rare reward or play it safe and move on? Your choices in random encounters shape every run.
- Perks & Builds
Unlock game-changing perks and craft a lethal build for every encounter. Experiment with synergies on the fly — every run is a new combination.
- Roam & Ruin
Each run takes you deeper into the ruined world. Push through wrecked cities, highways and swamps and adapt to shifting threats — no two runs are ever the same.
- Friends & Firepower
You don't have to face the apocalypse alone. Recruit fellow survivors who fight by your side with skills of their own. Level them up, unlock their perks and build the strongest crew.
- Idle & Armed
Collect your AFK rewards and gear up. Every return makes you stronger and better prepared for the road ahead.
Will you make it with brains… or just bullets?
Love dead ahead but have never been a huge RPG Fan. Regardless of how I feel, I actually like this game a lot. This RPG is actually interactive with the skills and progressing through each part of the level. The different “companions” change up the gameplay as well as the different equipment/weapons. It mixes up stuff I’ve seen across different RPG games in a very unique and interesting way. I would highly recommend giving this a play!!!
Good game so far
FishWithLegsAndArms
There are no forced ads, good progression, has random events that can make or break your run. I just wish that we can engage more with the game like, throwing barrels to help with your runs. I’ve now played more of the game and I’m addicted to the game. I just wish that Zombie Warfare have smooth game progression.
Room to Diversify
DissapointedClasher
Pretty basic RNG. Been playing for 2 days and find it pretty fun, however, the enemy design has become repetitive after the 10th “unique” run in the desert for the 3rd time under a different name. Definitely has a lot of leg room to work with. Wish items in the game were also unique or had abilities? They’re usually reskins with barely any advantage when switching them for another.
YA’ll GOT ONE
Thre3PointPapi
Listen Linda Listen Linda Ya’ll Got one There is a specific game I played in like 2016 and was hooked this game too me blew that one out of the water. I’m liking what I’m playing so far Keep it going Can’t wait to see what you guys do for the future of this game.
- When a newer version of the game is required, the loading screen now tells you so and shows an Update button that takes you straight to the App Store. Your progress is saved.
- On the Companions screen and in the companion info window, your companion now shows off each of its skills in turn, with the same effects as in battle. Between skills it looks around, and now and then it runs past a scrolling location background. The skill icon switches to the skill being shown.
- Every so often, the companions in your slots run together while the location scrolls past behind them.
- A golden shine now plays around a companion when it levels up.
- On the Skills screen, your hero now stands on the level track at his current level and walks to his new spot after he levels up. The track also continues past the max level.
- Reward popups now combine rewards of the same kind into one pile and add up bonuses to the same stat. The popup scrolls when the rewards don't fit on screen.
- At the start of a run, your hero and companions now stay together in line while the screen fades in. Then the camera smoothly closes in as they form up.
- Your hero now shows up in his equipped gear and skins as soon as a run or a challenge floor opens.
- Unlinking an account in Settings now asks you to confirm first and warns that your progress will then stay only on this device.
- If you link an account that's already tied to another game profile, the switch prompt now shows the chapter and hero level of both profiles. It also warns you if your current progress isn't linked to any account and would be lost for good.
- Companion screens, the companion summon scene and the loading screen fit wide screens better.
- Improved the menu tab sounds.
- Companion Search level now grows only from the Signal Rockets you launch, including ad summons, instead of from every companion you own. Exchanging companions no longer lowers it or locks party slots, and you keep your current level.
- While Signal Rockets are still locked, the companion odds details now show a 100% chance for the companion the rockets are waiting for.
- The burning car deal ("Give life, take skill") no longer offers skills that raise max HP, such as Super Life.
- Attacks that are already under way when the attacker gets killed (for example by reflected damage) now land in full, along with status effects like stun and freeze. The same goes for a boss's rage splash that lands after the boss dies.
- Enemies in challenge battles can no longer be knocked up onto the wall or off the floor.
- Fixed counterattacks sometimes hitting twice.
- Fixed the game sometimes getting stuck while loading when your device is almost out of free storage.
- Fixed the menu getting stuck, with Back not working, after you closed the Star Challenge rewards.
- Fixed minor bugs and improved performance.
