I’m an EM, and I've tried every project management app out there and always ended up juggling three tools anyway. ClickUp is the first one where I stopped needing a separate docs tool, a separate chat app and a separate wiki. Everything is here. Custom fields, multiple views, real-time sync... it's genuinely powerful without feeling bloated. Only gripe is I wish loading was slightly snappier on large lists, but honestly it's minor. If you're tired of paying for 5 subscriptions to do what one app can do, just switch already.

BrainMAX is great for when I want access to my workspace without having to pull out my computer and log in. I can use talk to text - which saves me 4x the amount of time not having to type. I have all of my apps connected to BrainMax, giving me one single source of truth. I am also able to switch between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and ClickUp Brain in the middle of tasks! There are many other features but those are just a few of what I love. I could never go back to the way I used to manually do things!
