Great free AI journal

I really enjoyed using the ponder, AI micro journal app. The explorer further feature which provides a new AI generated prompt based on responses to the initial prompts, is a pretty great feature. It was insightful and challenge me on multiple occasions to dig deeper and actually be specific about certain things. Also the action items generated at the end of each journal entry are always on point and relevant to the responses that I provide. It’s also pretty cool that the app is free so there’s a pretty solid chance that I’ll end up using this is my primary AI journal app.

As someone who does not journal at all, this app has been a pleasant surprise. I feel that it’s a safe space to share your feelings and whatever it is bothering you. The ai will remember what you share and will provide guidance.
