My first impression of the app was that it has a more modern look and I have found that much more appealing. I have played around with the different functions quite a bit and have also found it super easy to manage, even in such a short time. I like the fact that this app not only utilizes the main functions at the bottom but also includes many more offerings on the menu tab. Looking forward to continuing to use this platform!

This is so much better than the old one. Easy to maneuver and just makes sense.

This app is a huge step back in functionality and ease of use. It has added extra steps to get to different functionalities and removed others entirely. For instance it is no long a simple button for card alerts but you just go through multiple menu screens to get to them. A second example would be that if no longer available as a widget on the iPhone to see balance information quickly. Lastly, even transfers are now a drop down list and a primitive screen that’s more desktop like than mobile friendly.

The new version is clunky, laggy, and unintuitive. There are around 4x the amount of clicks you need to do to get somewhere. This updated version is worse in every way and a genuine hassle to use.
